Introduction
VSIP Industrial Park

VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park, full name VSIP Hai Phong Integrated Township and Industrial Park (formerly the North Cam River Urban, Industrial and Service Area), received investment policy approval from the Prime Minister, who also permitted Hai Phong City to recover land from 09/2007, under Notice No. 180/TB-VPCP dated 25/09/2007, within the framework of implementing the Viet Nam – Singapore Connectivity Framework Agreement.
On 10/12/2008, the Hai Phong City People’s Committee approved the 1/2000 detailed plan of the VSIP Hai Phong Integrated Township and Industrial Park Project under Decision No. 2112/QĐ-UBND. The 1/2000 detailed plan of the industrial park was subsequently adjusted under Decision No. 3251/QĐ-UBND dated 28/11/2017 of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee.
