Public disclosure of facilities required to install automatic continuous environmental monitoring equipment

Pursuant to Plan No. 233/KH-UBND dated September 11, 2025, issued by the Hai Phong City People’s Committee on implementing Directive No. 20/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on several urgent and decisive tasks to prevent and address environmental pollution;

At the request of the Department of Agriculture and Environment in Official Letter No. 9636/SNNMT-QLMT dated November 20, 2025, on coordinating the public disclosure of the list of facilities required to install, that have installed, or have not installed automatic and continuous environmental monitoring equipment;

Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority (HEZA) is publicly disclosing the list of production facilities in the area that are required to install automatic and continuous environmental monitoring systems under environmental protection regulations.

This disclosure aims to strengthen monitoring, raise enterprises’ awareness of compliance with environmental protection laws, and support the coordination of inspections and urging facilities to promptly complete equipment installation in accordance with regulations.

Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority (HEZA) respectfully informs and requests enterprises listed as having not installed the equipment to proactively review their status and strictly fulfill their environmental protection obligations in accordance with regulations.
