On June 30, 2026, in accordance with the Party Charter and the 2026 work programme, the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority solemnly held a ceremony to admit 39 outstanding individuals as new Party members.
The ceremony was held at the special national historical site of K15 Wharf in Do Son, the departure point of the legendary No-Number Ship fleet and the starting point of the Ho Chi Minh Sea Trail during the resistance war against the United States. The meaningful activity was organised towards the 79th War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (27/7/1947 – 27/7/2026) and in response to the 500-day-and-night campaign to intensify the search for, collection and identification of martyrs’ remains.

According to reports from the Party cells, all 39 outstanding individuals admitted this time are workers and exemplary trade union members at enterprises. They have solid professional qualifications and hold various positions at their units.

In the first six months of 2026, the Party Organisation of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority achieved positive results in developing Party organisations and members, thereby continuing to affirm the Party’s leadership role and its determination to build the Party Organisation into an exemplary clean and strong organisation in the non-state sector.
Presenting admission decisions to the new Party members
At the ceremony, decisions on Party membership admission were announced and personally presented to outstanding individuals from many affiliated grassroots Party organisations, including the Economic Zone Enterprise Party Cell, Rorze Robotech Co., Ltd. Party Cell, Green Energy Party Cell, Toyoda Gosei Hai Phong Co., Ltd. Party Cell and others. In a solemn atmosphere, the new members took their oaths under the Party flag and the national flag.

In his guiding remarks, Comrade Duong Van Xuyen, Member of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Standing Deputy Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, assigned tasks to the Party cell committees and new members to build strong Party cells. He expressed his sincere appreciation for the leadership and guidance of the Party Committee of the municipal People’s Committee, and for the coordination of the municipal Confederation of Labour, municipal police and relevant agencies and units in implementing Conclusion No. 46-KL/TU of the City Party Committee on building, consolidating and developing Party organisations and mass organisations in non-state enterprises, following the motto: “Where there are workers, there is a Party organisation.”
