Morning of October 11, 2025, in Hai Phong, the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority coordinated with the city’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to organize the opening ceremony of the Political Theory Training Course for New Party Members, Cohort III/2025, under Plan No. 09-KH/DU dated October 6, 2025.
The course runs through October 25, 2025 and brings together 154 enthusiastic new Party members. This demonstrates the Party’s determination to build a contingent of cadres who are both politically steadfast and professionally capable, strengthen their ideological foundations and practical capacity, and effectively meet the sustainable development requirements of the city and the Economic Zone.
The opening ceremony was honored by the attendance of leaders and representatives of the city’s relevant commissions, including the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, the Organization Commission and the Inspection Commission. This affirmed the close attention of the relevant bodies and the coordinated involvement of specialists, particularly the Organization Commission, in developing the program and ensuring the course’s quality and importance.

The Cohort III/2025 Political Theory Training Program focuses on building a comprehensive action orientation for new Party members, with the goal of improving their thinking and practical skills. The course systematizes core knowledge of Marxism–Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought and the path toward building a socialist rule-of-law state, creating a solid ideological foundation. Learners will gain a deeper understanding of the Party’s guidelines and their duties in administrative agencies, practice modern working methods and apply theoretical knowledge effectively. In particular, the course promotes organizational discipline, exemplary responsibility and public-service ethics, serving as a foundation for each participant to strive, train and soon become an exemplary official Party member.
