Pursuant to Decision No. 13-QD/DU dated July 7, 2025, of the Party Committee of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee on establishing the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board and appointing its Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, Chair and Deputy Chair for the 2025–2030 term.
On July 8, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board met, agreed on the policy and issued 96 decisions establishing party organizations, including 5 decisions establishing 5 subordinate party committees, 50 decisions establishing branches under the Management Board Party Committee, and 41 decisions establishing branches under the subordinate party committees.

The appointed Party Executive Committee comprises 18 members, while the Standing Committee comprises 5 members. Le Trung Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, is Secretary of the Party Committee; Duong Van Xuyen, Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, is Deputy Secretary for the 2025–2030 term.
The Inspection Committee comprises 5 members. Nguyen Quang Minh, Deputy Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, is its Chair, and Tran Hong Chinh is Deputy Chair of the Inspection Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board for the 2025–2030 term.
