As part of the 2026 work program, on the afternoon of May 19, the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority held a conference to announce decisions on establishing Party organizations in enterprises located in Hai Phong’s industrial parks and economic zones, and to admit new Party members. The event was organized to mark the 71st anniversary of the Liberation of Hai Phong (May 13, 1955–May 13, 2026) and the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth (May 19, 1890–May 19, 2026), helping affirm the role of Party organization building in the city’s socio-economic development and integration process.

Alongside the rapid development of the city’s industrial park and economic zone system in recent years, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority has consistently identified Party organization building in enterprises as an important task. This contributes to strengthening the Party’s leadership role in the production and business sector while creating a foundation for enterprises to develop in a stable and sustainable manner. Establishing Party organizations in enterprises is not only an objective requirement in the new situation, but also creates conditions for promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members in production and work, and for building a united, disciplined and effective working environment.

In addition to announcing the decisions to establish Party organizations in enterprises, the conference also held a ceremony to admit new Party members from outstanding individuals in affiliated Party cells. This recognized the process of striving, training and maturing of outstanding individuals, while adding new forces to the Party and contributing to improving the quality of Party members throughout the Party Committee.
