Implementing Plan No. 2450/KH-BQL dated May 4, 2026 on supporting businesses in Hai Phong’s industrial parks and economic zones to connect with and attract workers in Nghe An Province in 2026, on May 20 and 21, 2026, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority organized a business connection, consultation and job introduction program for workers in Nghia Mai, Nghia Hung, Nghia Dan and Nghia Lam communes, Nghe An Province.

The program enabled workers to access recruitment information directly, learn about businesses’ recruitment needs, and connected human resources with businesses operating in Hai Phong’s industrial parks and economic zones.
Participating businesses included Sumirubber Vietnam, Brother Industries Vietnam, LG Electronics Vietnam Hai Phong, LG Display Vietnam Hai Phong, LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong, Maple and Regina Miracle International Vietnam. They operate in electronics, high technology, component manufacturing, textiles and supporting industries.

The Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority introduced the city, its industrial parks and economic zones, and business recruitment needs; and provided information on working environments, remuneration, benefits and career development opportunities.

In addition to recruitment consultations, workers met business representatives directly to discuss jobs, working conditions, pay and benefits, and future career opportunities.
Beyond connecting workers with jobs, the program demonstrated businesses’ social responsibility by providing support gifts to disadvantaged local households, spreading a spirit of sharing and community partnership.

Through the program, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority continued to serve as a bridge between businesses and workers, helping meet businesses’ human resource needs, create more jobs, increase incomes and improve people’s lives.
