On May 5, 2025, the Committee for Drafting Amendments and Supplements to the 2013 Constitution issued Plan No. 05/KH-UBDTSĐBSHP of 2025 on organizing public consultation on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing provisions of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam of 2013.
According to Section II of Plan No. 05/KH-UBDTSĐBSHP of 2025, the people; central and local agencies and organizations; the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations; experts and scientists may submit comments on the constitutional amendments through VNeID.
The period for collecting comments from the people, sectors and levels on the draft Resolution begins on May 6, 2025 and ends on June 5, 2025.
