City People’s Council Consolidates Leadership Personnel of the People’s Council and People’s Committee

On the afternoon of October 26, under the chairmanship of Le Van Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chair of the City People’s Council, the 16th City People’s Council for the 2021–2026 term consolidated the leadership personnel of the City People’s Council and People’s Committee.

City People’s Council delegates conduct the election at the session.

City People’s Council delegates elected the Vice Chair of the 16th City People’s Council for the 2021–2026 term. Accordingly, Dao Trong Duc, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Chief of the City Party Committee Office, was elected Vice Chair of the City People’s Council.

Le Tien Chau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee and Head of the Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chair of the City People’s Committee; and Le Van Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chair of the City People’s Council, present flowers to congratulate the officials elected at the session.

The City People’s Council delegates also elected the Vice Chairs of the 16th City People’s Committee for the 2021–2026 term. Accordingly, Le Trung Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, and Vu Tien Phung, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Director of the Department of Home Affairs, were elected Vice Chairs of the City People’s Committee./.
