On the morning of December 6, the Hai Phong Labor Confederation held a conference on employment communication and skills for organizing collective activities for trade union members and workers. This was one of the key activities at the first 2025 Job Fair.

At the event, Vietnam Maritime University and Sao Do University provided information about training fields, demand, scale, the 2026 admissions plan, and the universities’ admissions cooperation and career counseling programs.

Seven businesses with booths at the fair—LG Electronics Vietnam Hai Phong, Regina Miracle International Vietnam, Liteon Vietnam, Jasan Vietnam, May Tinh Loi, Brother Vietnam, and Sumidenso Vietnam—provided information about their business scale, production and operations, large-scale recruitment needs, and employee benefits policies.

The booths attract many workers seeking information.

The fair brought together 118 agencies and businesses in the city with recruitment demand for more than 16,000 jobs. Thousands of workers, pupils, students, and demobilized military personnel visited the booths in person to learn about recruitment information from agencies and businesses. At the booths, job seekers could register to apply and interview directly with business representatives to explore opportunities.

As part of the program, workers received training in organizing collective activities and participated in lucky draws with attractive gifts at the recruitment booths.
