On the morning of April 18, 2026, in Hai Phong, the opening ceremony of the fourth 2026 Political Awareness Training Course officially took place, marking the start of an important period of political activity and study for approximately 246 outstanding citizens and youth union members.
Under the second-quarter 2026 work program, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the City People’s Committee coordinated with the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority and the Hai Phong Confederation of Labor to organize the opening ceremony of the fourth 2026 training course.
The course was attended and directed by: Nguyen Van Quyet – Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong Confederation of Labor and Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union; Dam Thi Van Anh – Party Committee Member and Permanent Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Party Committee of the City People’s Committee; Nguyen Thi Thuy Hang – Deputy Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority. Also attending were members of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Confederation of Labor and members of the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority.
The course was organized to equip outstanding citizens and youth union members with core knowledge about the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Platform on National Construction through different periods, the Party Charter, and the thought, ethics and style of President Ho Chi Minh. Through the course, participants will master the Party’s viewpoints and guidelines for application in work and daily life, while developing a proper motivation to join the Party.
