At exactly 8:30 p.m. on March 22, many areas and roads across Hai Phong joined the symbolic action of switching off lights and unnecessary electrical devices in response to the “Earth Hour” event.
In 2025, Earth Hour carried the message “Green Transition – Green Future”. This was the 17th year Vietnam joined the Earth Hour campaign organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), raising public awareness of climate change and electricity conservation while protecting the climate and Earth’s environmental ecosystems.
