On April 16, 2025, all officials and Party members of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority attended the nationwide conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference was organized by the Politburo and the Party Central Committee Secretariat in a hybrid format, connecting more than 21,000 locations nationwide and involving approximately 1.5 million officials and Party members.

These contents reflect thorough and comprehensive preparation, closely combining theory with practice and helping orient the country’s development in the new period.
