On the morning of 5/5/2025, at the headquarters of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority (HEZA), the May flag-raising ceremony and monthly assembly were held solemnly with the full participation of leaders, officials, civil servants, public employees and workers. The thematic session featured a report from the Employment – Training – Investment Promotion Service Center on “Studying and applying Ho Chi Minh’s diplomatic art to investment attraction”. The report analyzed the characteristics of Ho Chi Minh’s diplomatic thought and proposed creative solutions to improve investment promotion effectiveness in the new context. The practical and highly applicable content inspired the officials and provided them with clear direction.

Deputy Head Bui Ngoc Hai delivers guidance
In his guidance remarks, Deputy Head Bui Ngoc Hai acknowledged the units’ efforts and emphasized the key tasks for May: intensifying domestic and foreign investment attraction, encouraging advanced technology transfer, and reforming administrative procedures to create a transparent and favorable investment environment. He also called for stronger management and foreign-language training for officials and for promoting internal cultural and sporting activities to strengthen cohesion.
The flag-raising ceremony ended with strong determination. HEZA pledged to accompany businesses and make practical contributions to the prosperity of the Port City.
