On the morning of 30 July 2025, at the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board Hall, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board held a conference to announce personnel decisions. Comrade Le Trung Kien, Member of the City Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were deputy heads, leaders of departments and units under the Economic Zone Management Board; all civil servants, public employees and workers of the Investment Management Division and the Hai Phong Investment Promotion – Employment – Business Support Centre; and representatives of the Economic Zone Management Board’s electronic information portal.
Presentation of decisions and flowers to the newly appointed officials
The conference announced Hai Phong City People’s Committee Decision No. 3065/QD-UBND dated 29 July 2025 on transferring and appointing Pham Huu Quang Huy, Head of the Investment Management Division, as Director of the Hai Phong Investment Promotion – Employment – Business Support Centre under the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board.
It also announced Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board Decision No. 3339/QD-BQL dated 29 July 2025 assigning Pham Thanh Binh, Deputy Head of the Investment Management Division, to take charge of managing the division.

At the conference, Head Le Trung Kien presented the decisions and flowers congratulating the officials who had been transferred, assigned and appointed, recognising each person’s efforts, sense of responsibility, training and contributions over the past period. He expressed his expectation that, in their new positions, the assigned and appointed officials would continue to demonstrate responsibility, political resolve, professional capacity and work experience, lead and direct the effective performance of their assigned duties, and contribute to the city’s overall socio-economic development in the new period.
