On the morning of September 15, 2025, at the headquarters of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, a conference was held to close bidding and open the technical proposal dossier for the package “Consultancy for preparing the planning scheme and planning dossier under the geographic information system (GIS)” under the contractor selection plan for preparing the General Construction Plan for the Southern Coastal Economic Zone of Hai Phong to 2050.
