In 2025, the festival carries special significance as the first festival season after the Con Son – Kiep Bac, Yen Tu and Vinh Nghiem complex was inscribed by UNESCO as World Cultural Heritage. With a series of distinctive activities—including the seal-opening ceremony, the “Army Gathering on the Luc Dau River” performance, the “Heritage Journey” exhibition and the “Essence of the Heritage Region” art program—the festival becomes a harmony of tradition and modernity, honoring the sacred spirit of the mountains and rivers and the aspiration to elevate Vietnam’s heritage.
