HEZA Party Committee works with four Nomura Industrial Park enterprises on establishing Party organizations

On the morning of October 2, 2025, the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority (HEZA) held a working conference with representatives of four enterprises in Nomura Industrial Park to agree on the content and process for establishing Party organizations at the enterprises.

The conference was held to implement Government Decree No. 98/2014/ND-CP and Resolution No. 28-NQ/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on building, strengthening and developing Party and mass organizations in non-state enterprises.

Chairing the conference and delivering guidance, Duong Van Xuyen, Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Standing Deputy Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, emphasized that establishing Party organizations is an important task. It not only strengthens the Party’s leadership role but also serves as a firm bridge between Party committees and authorities on the one hand and enterprises and workers on the other.

At the working session, representatives of the management boards, trade unions and key staff of Takahata Precision Vietnam Co., Ltd., Vina-Bingo Co., Ltd., Citizen Vietnam Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Ojitex Hai Phong Co., Ltd. discussed and exchanged views in an open and constructive spirit. The parties reached a high level of agreement on the content, process and necessary conditions for soon establishing Party cells at the enterprises.

This consensus affirms the determination of the Party Committee of the Economic Zone Authority and the enterprises to build a harmonious working environment and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, thereby promoting the stable and sustainable development of each enterprise and contributing to the city’s overall development.
