Step 1: The investor who is allocated land by the State submits the land use fee exemption application to the Receiving and Returning Results Department (One-Stop Department) of the Hai Phong Economic Management Board within 10 working days from the date of receipt. The date of the land allocation decision. The receiving officer checks and guides. If the application is valid, he or she receives it and records "Receiving form and appointment to return results"; forward the dossier to the Board Leader for consideration and assignment; In case of invalidity, instructions are given to complete the dossier and immediately return the dossier to the project owner.

Step 2: Within no more than 13 working days from the date of receiving complete documents for land use fee exemption, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Management determines and issues a decision on land use fee exemption according to regulations.

Step 3: Return results to the Receiving and Returning Department (one-stop department) of the HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY.
