In order to implement the 2024 work program and the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Party Committee will organize the opening ceremony of the political theory training course for new party members, phase 2, 2024. This is a meaningful event, not only marking the beginning of the political journey of new party members but also an important occasion to consolidate the political system of the region.
The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place on October 27, 10, at the HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY Hall. The event is solemnly organized to create the best conditions for probationary party members to have the opportunity to access and acquire important knowledge in political theory.
Academies and delegates perform the flag-raising ceremony
The ceremony will be attended by many important delegates, including leaders of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Party Committee, Hai Phong Economic Zone Trade Union and related officials:
- preside over the ceremony.
- Comrade Dao Phu Thuy Duong, Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Party Committee, Member of the Steering Committee and Organizing Committee of the class, according to Plan No. 50 - KH/DU dated September 16, 9.
- Leaders of the Party Committee's departments and offices and officials working at the Hai Phong Economic Zone Party Committee.
- The trainees are probationary party members who do not yet have a Certificate of Political Theory Training.
- Press agencies, television and Heza Electronic Information Portal will participate in reporting, contributing to spreading the spirit of this event to the public.

The political theory training course for new party members is not only a mandatory requirement for probationary party members but also an important opportunity for each individual to access basic knowledge of political theory. The curriculum is designed to include topics on:
- Marxism-Leninism.
- Ho Chi Minh Thought.
- Party and State guidelines, policies and strategies.
