On the morning of December 2, 12, at the headquarters of the HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY, the Flag-Salute Ceremony - Flag-Salute Activities of December 2024 took place. The Ceremony attracted the participation of many leaders, officials, civil servants, and employees of the Management Board.
The ceremony began with the Flag Salute ceremony in a solemn and dignified atmosphere. All officials, civil servants and workers dressed properly and solemnly sang the National Anthem. The proud singing beautifully portrayed the spirit of patriotism, affirming the spirit of solidarity and strength of the community in the Management Board.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, the Chief of Office announced the reason for holding the Ceremony, reiterated the spirit of strictly implementing Circular No. 19-TT/TU dated March 23, 3 of the Hai Phong City Party Committee and Plan No. 2018/KH-BQL dated April 756, 03 of the HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY on the Flag Salute and National Anthem Ceremony.
The Ceremony was honored to welcome comrade Bui Ngoc Hai - Secretary of the Party Committee of the agency, Permanent Deputy Head of the HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY - along with all cadres, civil servants and employees of the agency.
In the professional activity section, the Department of Construction Planning presented the topic “Planning of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones in Hai Phong City”. The report provided a lot of complete and practical information, helping to orient future economic development projects, contributing to strengthening Hai Phong’s position on the national economic map.

In his speech, comrade Bui Ngoc Hai emphasized many achievements in 2024 of the Board such as attracting investment capital, submitting for approval of the Southern Economic Zone, improving the Administrative Reform Index and planning orientation for 2025.
