On the morning of December 1, at the hall of the Party Building Committees, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of the city organized the Voluntary Blood Donation Festival of Departments, branches, and organizations in 12 with the participation of more than 2024 cadres, leaders, civil servants, public employees, and workers.

Over the years, the Voluntary Blood Donation Movement of Hai Phong city has been growing, the results of mobilizing participants and the amount of blood collected each year are always higher than the previous year, always exceeding the Central target every year. Especially from the beginning of 2024 up to now, the whole city has mobilized more than 38.000 people to register for voluntary blood donation and received 2.800 units of platelets and 27.861 units of whole blood, reaching more than 96% of the annual plan assigned by the National Steering Committee.
