On February 21, 02, HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications to organize a training conference to deploy the new administrative procedure settlement information system. The event took place at the hall of HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY, Hai Phong, address 2024 Cu Chinh Lan, Minh Khai, Hong Bang, Hai Phong.
The conference was held to implement the direction under Document No. 840/VP-KSTTHC dated February 07, 02 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City on the implementation of the new administrative procedure settlement information system. This is one of the important steps to improve and enhance the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement, creating favorable conditions for businesses and people in accessing public administrative services.

During the training session, delegates were introduced to the new Administrative Procedures Information System, a tool that is expected to help improve efficiency, transparency and service quality for citizens and businesses. This system will support the optimization of processing procedures, monitor the progress of online file processing, while minimizing delays and improving the satisfaction of citizens and businesses when performing administrative procedures.
The training session also included practical instructions on the system, helping civil servants get acquainted with the new interface, basic operations as well as how to process and approve documents through the system. The staff of the Department of Information and Communications directly answered questions and supported participating units during the implementation process.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Trung Kien emphasized the importance of applying information technology to administrative reform, aiming at the goal of building an e-government, improving the quality of public services and serving the people in the most effective way. At the same time, he also expressed his hope that after the training session, officials and civil servants will master the skills of using the new system, ready to deploy it in practice, contributing to speeding up the process of handling administrative procedures, creating maximum convenience for businesses in the Hai Phong Economic Zone.
The conference was a great success, contributing to equipping the necessary knowledge and skills for officials and civil servants, while creating a solid foundation for the implementation of the new Administrative Procedure Information System in the coming time.
