On the afternoon of August 16, 8, the HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY held a conference to announce decisions on transferring and receiving party organizations and party members according to Resolution No. 2024-NQ/TU of the Board. This is an important step in consolidating and developing party organizations and unions in non-state enterprises, cooperatives and non-public service units in the area.

The conference was attended by many leaders and representatives of the Thanh Party Committee and Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee, comrade Dao Phu Thuy Duong, City Party Committee member, Party Secretary of Hai Phong Economic Zone; Comrade Bui Ngoc Hai, Deputy Head of HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY; and comrades representing leaders of the Committees, the City Party Committee Office, the Steering Committee of Resolution 28 of the City Party Committee, and representatives of leaders of socio-political organizations in the city.
At the conference, the decisions to transfer and receive party organizations and party members from Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee to Hai Phong Economic Zone Party Committee were announced and handed directly to party cell representatives of businesses such as Sao Bien Steel Joint Stock Company, U&Me Investment Joint Stock Company, MIT ORGANIZATION Joint Stock Company and Shinec Joint Stock Company.
Representatives of the Party Committee of Hai Phong Economic Zone and the Organizing Committee of Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee presented decisions and gave flowers to the transferred party cells.
Speaking at the conference, the representative of Thuy Nguyen district Party Committee emphasized the importance of building and strengthening party organizations in non-state enterprises. This transfer and reception not only aims to strengthen the Party's leadership in the private economic sector but also creates a solid foundation for the sustainable development of businesses, linking economics and politics.
Comrade Dao Phu Thuy Duong, Secretary of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Party Committee, also expressed the Party Committee's determination to continue to lead and direct party branches in the region, ensuring close cohesion between production and business activities with Party building work.
