Hai Phong prepares human resources for businesses in the Industry 4.0 era

On the afternoon of April 1, in Hai Phong, RMIT University and Sao Do Group closed the professional skills training program for middle managers at businesses in the city.

This is a pilot program to improve capacity and foster professional skills for management staff at logistics and production enterprises in industrial parks in the city.

The training program focuses on two important skills: "Influential Communication" and "Financial Management", helping middle managers grasp the necessary skills to communicate effectively and make decisions. better decisions and achieve higher business efficiency.

According to data published in the Logistics White Paper of the Vietnam Logistics Association (VLA), by 2025, Hai Phong will need about 369.000 logistics workers, including 252.600 trained workers; By 2030, this number will increase to 460.000 workers, including 368.000 trained workers.
In fact, in Hai Phong, only Vietnam Maritime University trains bachelor's degrees in Logistics with a capacity of about 300 students/year and about 1.000 students in majors such as Shipping Economics, Economics. Water transport, Foreign Trade Economics...

Accordingly, the program aims to bring the most in-depth and practical knowledge to improve work performance and enhance human resources for businesses in Hai Phong city, helping the city move towards construction and development. become a national logistics service center by 2025.
