In order to effectively implement Plan No. 1516/KH-KTĐ dated April 09, 04 of the Emulation Bloc of state economic management agencies of Hai Phong city, on November 2024, 23, the HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY - Head of the Emulation Bloc in 11 successfully organized a sports and cultural exchange program between member units. The event took place in an exciting and united atmosphere at the Multi-purpose Gymnasium of Vietnam Maritime University and Hai Dang Restaurant.
The opening ceremony started at 8:00 a.m. at the Multi-purpose Gymnasium of Vietnam Maritime University with the presence of representatives of city leaders and member units of the Emulation Bloc, along with representatives of relevant agencies and organizations.

In his opening speech, representative of the Emulation Bloc, Mr. Le Trung Kien, Standing Member of the City Party Committee, Head of the HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY, emphasized the significance of this exchange activity in connecting units, promoting sports and cultural movements and the spirit of creative emulation in state management.

The tournament gathered many enthusiastic coaches, athletes and fans from units in the Competition Block. The sports organized included: football, badminton, table tennis and tug of war. The matches took place in a noble and united spirit but were no less exciting and attractive, attracting enthusiastic cheers from the audience.

After a day of exciting competition, the Gala Award Ceremony and Cultural Exchange was held at 18:00 p.m. at Hai Dang Restaurant. This was an opportunity for members of the Emulation Block to exchange and strengthen solidarity. The cultural performances were performed by officers and employees from the units, creating a joyful and vibrant atmosphere and leaving many beautiful impressions.
