This meeting aims to check and evaluate the implementation of the goals, tasks and solutions set out in the Resolution, and discuss measures to continue improving the quality and effectiveness of water investment cooperation. abroad until 2030.

At the meeting, HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY reported on the implementation of Resolution 50 in recent times. Accordingly, Hai Phong Economic Zone has attracted many foreign investment projects with a total investment capital of billions of dollars, making an important contribution to the local socio-economic development. However, there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, especially in infrastructure, human resources and administrative procedure reform.
Mr. Bui Ngoc Hai emphasized the importance of perfecting institutions and policies and improving the quality of foreign investment cooperation. He also proposed a number of solutions to overcome current limitations, including promoting the training of high-quality human resources, improving infrastructure and simplifying administrative procedures.
